Whitney is an experienced real estate professional with 10+ years of expertise in building successful communities. With a background in deal-making and local politics, she offers a unique perspective on the development process. She has managed high-profile projects, including billion-dollar mixed-use developments and luxury single-family homes. Whitney excels at collaborating with stakeholders, navigating regulations, and identifying growth opportunities.

Whitney earned her Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Management and Marketing with a minor in Political Science from Baylor University. She earned her Master’s Degree from Georgetown University with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.
